Shata Dhauta Ghrita is the only cream formulation known to be able to penetrate to the seventh layer of the skin and thus healing the skin at the root level.
This ancient esoteric substance works better than most modern cosmetics.
It is prepared by washing ghee a hundred times, until it releases a pure, non-greasy, cloud-like whipped cream.
Shata Dhauta Ghrita is an incredible product that is not only an ancient beauty secret but also has medicinal value.
It is by far the best face cream Ayurveda recommends for all types of skins from dry, sensitive, oily to mixed through all seasons.
It can be applied on dry skin to increase the natural glow, eliminate pimples, dry eczema, dark spots, under-eye dark circles, fissures, piles, scars, burns including sun burn, foot and hand cracks, etc
The oldest Ayurvedic Formula for Skin
As mentioned in Charaka Samhita:
- Cow’s ghee is washed in a copper vessel 100 times to create a therapeutic and high-absorbing ghee cream
- During this process, the ghee’s fat form is exposed to water and copper particles from the copper vessels and the granular size of fat is reduced
- With repeated washes, the water particles connect with the fat molecules in ghee, thus breaking the ghee into smaller molecules.
- This process significantly increases the moisture level of the ghee cream.
- The entire process of 100 times washed ghee, breaks the smaller composition of ghee and evaporates the smell of ghee, thus converting cow’s ghee into a non-oily and deeply absorbing therapeutic moisturizer.
- This therapeutic cream is suitable for multiple skin issues
- Its pH level matches exactly with the pH level of our skin that protects the fine oil balance on the skin and saves skin from irritation
Shata Dhauta Ghrita cream not only has cosmetic value and benefits, but also medicinal properties:
- Its creamy consistency makes it a non-sticky, deeply penetrating cream with cooling and anti-inflammatory properties
- Shata Dhauta Ghrita cream helps to clear both light and deep stretch marks with regular use
- It is prescribed in Ayurveda as a skin cream to cure eczema and psoriasis
- The properties inherited from the copper vessel make this cream a potent formulation for scar removal
